Tradi\u021bional, p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 2015, anual, \u00een Republica Moldova aveau loc 14-15 mii de tranzac\u021bii imobiliare, \u00een mod special la apartamente. \u00cencep\u00e2nd cu 2019, \u0219i p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een prezent, sunt circa \u00a028 de mii de tranzac\u021bii imobiliare. \u00cen trimestrul doi al anului curent, s-a \u00eenregistrat cel mai mic num\u0103r de tranzac\u021bii imobiliare din ultimii cinci ani, at\u00e2t \u00een \u021bar\u0103, c\u00e2t \u0219i \u00een municipiul Chi\u0219in\u0103u. Expertul explic\u0103 acest fapt c\u0103 din a doua jum\u0103tate a anului trecut, pre\u021bul la imobile \u00een municipiul Chi\u0219in\u0103u, dup\u0103 o sc\u0103dere timp de 12 ani, au \u00eenregistrat o cre\u0219tere prea brusc\u0103 de peste 20%. \u201ePia\u021ba imobiliar\u0103 \u00een ultimii trei ani a cunoscut o explozie, num\u0103rul tranzac\u021biilor imobiliare s-a triplat. Totodat\u0103, trimestrul doi ne trimite semnale c\u0103 are loc o \u201ecorec\u021bie de pre\u021buri\u201d, a spus expertul.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">Potrivit lui Veaceslav Ioni\u021b\u0103, acum zece ani, 60% dintre tranzac\u021bii erau efectuate la procurarea de imobile \u00een municipiul Chi\u0219in\u0103u, iar \u00een prezent circa 80%. Dac\u0103 la nivel de \u021bar\u0103, anul trecut pia\u021ba imobiliar\u0103 a cunoscut o u\u0219oar\u0103 descre\u0219tere, \u00een mun. Chi\u0219in\u0103u a \u00eenregistrat o cre\u0219tere continu\u0103. Practic, se poate spune c\u0103 pia\u021b\u0103 imobiliar\u0103 \u00een Republica Moldova nu exist\u0103, exist\u0103 pia\u021b\u0103 imobiliar\u0103 \u00een municipiul Chi\u0219in\u0103u \u0219i at\u00e2t. Familiile cu 3 \u0219i mai multe persoane au devenit o raritate. De asemenea, \u00een prezent, moldovenii se c\u0103s\u0103toresc cu cinci ani mai t\u00e2rziu dec\u00e2t acum 15-20 de ani.
