Ei au analizat peste 220 de cercet\u0103ri legate de consumul de cafein\u0103 \u015fi au ajuns la concluzia c\u0103 putem bea chiar \u015fi 4 ce\u015fti pe zi f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 ne temem. Mai mult, aceast\u0103 cantitate poate s\u0103 ne ajute s\u0103 fim mai s\u0103n\u0103to\u015fi. Oamenii de \u015ftiin\u0163\u0103 britanici spun c\u0103 una peste alta riscurile ce vin odat\u0103 cu consumul de cafea sunt mai mici dec\u00e2t beneficiile asupra organismului.<\/p>\n<p>B\u0103utorii de cafea sunt mai pu\u0163in expu\u015fi riscului de a avea boli hepatice, diabet, demen\u0163\u0103, diferite de cancer. Chiar \u015fi cei care obi\u015fnuiesc s\u0103 consume 7 ce\u015fti sunt mai s\u0103n\u0103to\u015fi. Statisticile nu se aplic\u0103 femeilor \u00eens\u0103rcinate sau celor care au probleme de fragilitate a oaselor.<\/p>\n<p>Potrivit Serviciului Na\u0163ional de S\u0103n\u0103tate din Marea Britanie, un adult poate consuma p\u00e2n\u0103 la 400 mg cafein\u0103 pe zi.
