C\u00e2teva ore de activitate fizic\u0103 pe s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103, chiar \u015fi de intensitate u\u015foar\u0103, cum ar fi plimbarea pe jos sau gr\u0103din\u0103ritul, reduc riscul de decese la b\u0103rba\u0163ii v\u00e2rstnici, chiar \u015fi atunci c\u00e2nd perioadele de efort moderat dureaz\u0103 doar c\u00e2teva minute.<\/h4>\n<p>Volumul total al activit\u0103\u0163ii fizice, chiar \u015fi de intensitate u\u015foar\u0103, este asociat cu un risc mai sc\u0103zut de deces din orice cauz\u0103, au subliniat autorii studiului publicat \u00een British Journal of Sports Medicine, scrie <a href=\"https:\/\/www.libertatea.ro\/sanatate\/orice-fel-de-activitate-fizica-scade-riscul-de-deces-subit-2151817\">libertatea.ro<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Potrivit cercet\u0103rii, fiecare jum\u0103tate de or\u0103 suplimentar\u0103 de activitate pe zi, precum mici activit\u0103\u0163i de gr\u0103din\u0103rit sau ie\u015firea la plimbare cu c\u00e2inele, au fost asociate cu o diminuare cu 17% a riscului de deces. Dup\u0103 cum era de a\u015fteptat, o jum\u0103tate de or\u0103 \u00een plus de activitate moderat\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la intens\u0103 reduce \u00een continuare riscul de deces cu 33%.<\/p>\n<p>Conform recomand\u0103rilor actuale din Marea Britanie, sunt necesare cel pu\u0163in 150 de minute pe s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 de activitate fizic\u0103 de intensitate moderat\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la viguroas\u0103, sus\u0163inute \u00een cadrul unor perioade de cel pu\u0163in zece minute, noteaz\u0103 cercet\u0103torii.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cens\u0103, potrivit studiului care a monitorizat aproape 1.200 de septuagenari \u015fi octogenari care nu fuseser\u0103 diagnostica\u0163i cu boli cardiace, doar 16% dintre ace\u015ftia au reu\u015fit s\u0103 se plieze pe aceste secven\u0163e de exerci\u0163ii de cel pu\u0163in zece minute.<\/p>\n<p>Totu\u015fi, dou\u0103 treimi dintre ace\u015ftia au reu\u015fit s\u0103 ating\u0103 timpii de activitate recomanda\u0163i, \u00eens\u0103 perioadele de mi\u015fcare au fost mai mici de 10 minute.<\/p>\n<p>Recrutarea participan\u0163ilor s-a bazat pe datele \u00een cadrul studiului \u201dBritish Regional Heart Study\u201d care a \u00eenceput \u00een 1978 \u015fi a inclus aproape 8.000 de persoane cu v\u00e2rste \u00eentre 40 \u015fi 59 de ani din 24 de ora\u015fe britanice.<\/p>\n<p>Din 2010 p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 2012, cei 3.137 de supravie\u0163uitori au efectuat un examen medical \u015fi au r\u0103spuns la \u00eentreb\u0103ri privind stilul de via\u0163\u0103 \u015fi calitatea somnului.<\/p>\n<p>Studiul s-a concentrat \u00een final pe 1.118 de b\u0103rba\u0163i care au purtat timp de \u015fapte zile un dispozitiv pentru monitorizarea volumului \u015fi a intensit\u0103\u0163ii exerci\u0163iilor fizice efectuate. Aceste persoane, care aveau o v\u00e2rst\u0103 medie de 78 de ani, au fost apoi monitorizate timp de cinci ani, perioad\u0103 \u00een care 194 au decedat.<\/p>\n<p>S-a observat c\u0103 durata total\u0103 a timpului dedicat exerci\u0163iilor a fost mai important\u0103 dec\u00e2t timpul alocat acestora. Astfel, persoanele care s-au angajat \u00een perioade scurte de activitate fizic\u0103 de intensitate moderat\u0103 (mersul pe jos \u00een ritm vioi, tunderea gazonului, \u00eenotul \u015fi altele) au avut acelea\u015fi \u015fanse de a-\u015fi prelungi via\u0163a ca \u015fi cele care au f\u0103cut aceste activit\u0103\u0163i \u00een mod regulat pentru perioade mai lungi de timp.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen ambele grupuri, riscul de deces a fost cu 40% mai mic dec\u00e2t cel al persoanelor sedentare.
