S-a descoperit ca atunci cand consumau lapte cu un continut mai mare de grasimi, genele ADN-ului erau afectate si imbatranirea grabita cu peste patru ani. Acestia sugereaza ca cei care beau lapte care contine 0,3% grasimi, pot ramane tineri mai mult timp decat cei care prefera laptele cu 3,6%.<\/p>\n<p>Oamenii de stinta care au realizat studiul sunt de parere ca grasimile saturate din lapte pun presiune pe celule, contribuind la moartea tesuturilor din corp.<\/p>\n<p>Doar ca ei nu si-au putut dovedi constatarile pentru ca s-au uitat doar la efecte, nu la cauze. Liderul studiului, profesorul Larry Tucker spune ca &#8222;a fost surprinzator cat de puternica a fost diferenta. Daca veti bea lapte cu continut ridicat de grasimi, ar trebui sa fiti constienti ca acest lucru are legatura cu unele consecinte semnificative&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Laptele gras scurteaza telomerii<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se pare ca, cu cat mai mult lapte cu continut mare de grasimi beau oamenii, cu atat telomerii lor sunt mai scurti, potrivit noului studiu BYU.<\/p>\n<p>Cercetarea a relevat faptul ca pentru fiecare crestere de 1% a grasimii consumate din lapte (consumul de 2% fata de 1% lapte), telomerii au fost mai scurti cu 69 de perechi de baza la adultii studiati, ceea ce s-a tradus in mai mult de 4 ani in imbatranirea biologica suplimentara.<\/p>\n<p>Atunci cand Tucker a analizat extremele consumatorilor de lapte, adultii care au consumat lapte integral aveau telomeri care erau cu 145 de perechi de baza mai mici decat consumatorii de lapte fara grasimi.<\/p>\n<p>In plus, cercetarile au descoperit ca persoanele care nu beau deloc lapte traiau mai mult decat cei care consumau lapte cu continut scazut de grasimi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Nu este un lucru rau sa bei lapte.
